Corporate conferences provide so much value in a condensed timespan. It is no wonder that 40% of organizers plan to host more events in 2026 (Bizzabo) The question is, how do you capitalize on all of the amazing work that is going into (and your attendees are getting out of) these corporate events? Working with a professional conference videographer ensures that your event is not only captured well, but also used to create dynamic marketing content. Keep reading for our videographer pro tips on how to turn your corporate conference into a year's worth of content.

1) Turn Keynote Talks into Inspiring Reels
The right keynote speaker(s) can really light up a conference and elevate your event. These presenters tend to be big "gets," able to make direct connections with attendees to keep them engaged and invested. These talks also make for great video content to promote your brand and future events. Capturing the presentation in its entirety is not only beneficial for attendees to rewatch, but also for creating 60-second reels to round out your annual social media content. Before filming, however, be sure to get permission from the speaker(s) to film and share their presentation. This is typically a win-win-win: Your business gets marketing content, the speaker(s) themselves are promoted (we often work directly with keynote speakers themselves to film their talks for their own professional demo reels!), and viewers get the chance to access the snippets of the presentation, even if they were unable to attend.
2) Interview Experts All in One Place
Conferences have the powerful ability to bring together experts and speakers from all over for the same event. All those ideas, insight, and encouragement in one space creates an amazing opportunity not only to learn and grow, but also to create engaging video content. Last year, we worked with the Raymond A. Wood Foundation to film their Pituitary Brain Tumor Family Conference. In addition to capturing the presentations, we had a separate Interview set to speak with experts and patients. Because there were so many individuals in attendance, we were able to film over a dozen interviews in one day. Our corporate video production company interviewed people from multiple countries regarding multiple aspects of the event. The foundation now has a plethora of raw interviews that are primed for a variety of marketing tools, including social media reels, direct emails, and website videos.
3) Create Excitement for Your Next Corporate Event
Corporate conference video is an effective way to show potential future attendees what they've been missing out on. Your business is able to "tease" all that your events have to offer, giving a peek of not only the content itself, but also the atmosphere and energy. The success of corporate events often hinges on the people who attend--it's crucial to get the word out and keep pulling the right vibes in. Luckily, sharing highlight reels is one of the best ways to accomplish just that. We suggest capturing B-roll of the event in addition to the talks. This way, the event videography team is able to intercut a dynamic highlight video that showcases the energy and content of the conference. This is perfect as both a “recap” of the event, as well as a “don’t miss out next year!” promo video.
