STUDIO RENTAL
Our small but versatile video studio is the perfect space to film interview or talking head videos, record podcast episodes, livestream a webinar, or host a photoshoot. Our office - which includes a reception area, the studio space, a video village, and a bathroom - is located on the first floor and is handicap accessible. The studio space itself is 16ft by 14ft, outfitted with two distinct filming walls. All four walls are double insulated to create a quiet filming environment. The carpeted floors and felt-lined (non-shooting) walls dampen reverb. There are a total of 12 outlets in the studio space, including two in the ceiling. High speed WiFi is available, along with ethernet ports in both the studio space and the video village room.
Filming Wall 1: Painted chroma-key green, this wall is perfect for any green screen videos.
Filming Wall 2: This foam-brick wraps around two walls for an intimate two-person interview set up. Mounted to the top of the wall is a 9ft paper roll holder. Use our white seamless paper backdrop or bring your own color to create the ideal background for photoshoots and talking head videos.
Video Village Room: Attached to the studio, but separated by a solid core door, this room has a mounted monitor and two HDMI ports that feed directly into the studio for easy access. There is also a high-speed ethernet port. With two counter-height tables, this room is the perfect setup for live streaming, a client monitor, or crafty.
Studio Rental Inquiry
Studio rental hours include from when you first arrive to the studio until you are packed up and fully loaded out. Please be sure to factor in both set up and clean up when scheduling your time. Rentals are scheduled and billed by the hour.
Regular Availability: 7 days a week (excluding holidays), 8am to 6pm

Inquiry about a rental date and we will get back to you within 48 hours. If the date is available, we will send you an invoice to pay the deposit. Your rental is not booked until both your deposit and COI have been received.
